The Coronavirus has impacted the way Council’s makes decisions. Prior to the passing of new regulations by the Government, Urgent Cabinet Decisions were taken by Harrogate Borough Council's Cabinet.
The regulations made under the Coronavirus Act 2020 came into effect in April 2020 and as such, Harrogate Borough Council are now in a position to commence safe and secure remote meetings. The meetings will be hosted on Microsoft Teams and streamed live on the Council's YouTube Channel. The agendas for these meetings will be published as normal.
