That the former tenant housing debts (individual debts over £500), totalling

£21,737.75, be approved for writing off in 2022/23.

Decision:

The Cabinet Member for Resources, Enterprise and Economic Development approved the purchase of the land subject to following conditions:

 

1)    That all necessary planning consents are obtained for the land to be used for the expansion of Pateley Bridge Cemetery;

2)    That the local land charges are satisfactorily completed;

3)    Once the detailed design works have been completed, HBC/NYC will consider the marketing of any surplus land for disposal.
