Minutes of Cabinet: Minutes: 07/21– MINUTES OF CABINET: The Mayor advised that the meeting of the Council scheduled to be held on 15 December 2021 had been cancelled due to rising rates of COVID-19. It had therefore been necessary to convene a meeting of the Urgency Committee to ratify two sets of Cabinet Minutes as there was a need for a decision to be reached.
