The outline planning application did not require an Environmental Impact Assessment.

DEFERRED and to be approved subject to the following conditions and a Section 106 Agreement.

 

 

0       Approved in principle and deferred for a Section 106 Agreement as recommended subject to the additional condition that in the event that the footpath along Kingsley Road to be provided as part of application 18/02925/FULMAJ is not constructed and prior to the commencement of development details are to be submitted and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority for the provision of a temporary footpath along the internal edge of the site along Kingsley Road. Details to include surfacing materials, levels and impact upon trees. The footpath shall be provided prior to the occupation of the first dwelling.

 

1       The development to which this approval of reserved matters relates shall be begun on or before the expiration of two years from the final approval of reserved matters or in the case of approval on different dates, the final approval of the last such matter to be approved.
