65/21 – GRIEVANCE: TO CONSIDER A GRIEVANCE RAISED BY AN EMPLOYEE OF THE COUNCIL: The Committee considered a Stage 3 grievance lodged by a current employee of Harrogate Borough Council. The procedure to be followed by the Committee, together with supporting papers submitted by both parties, had been circulated previously. The employee and Management presented their respective cases and responded to questions from the Committee.
On the basis of the documentation submitted and information reported at the meeting, it was
RESOLVED (UNANIMOUSLY):
That the Stage 3 Grievance is not upheld.
