Appointment of Head of ICT and Digital: The Director of Corporate Affairs to submit a written report. Minutes: MATTERS DEALT WITH UNDER DELEGATED POWERS
28/21 – APPOINTMENT OF HEAD OF ICT AND DIGITAL: The Director of Corporate Affairs (DoCA) submitted a written report which sought approval to commence the recruitment process for the post of Head of ICT and Digital which had become vacant following the departure of the current post-holder. The job description and person specification were attached as appendices to the report. The DoCA presented the report and responded to a question regarding the possible options if the Council was not able to fill the role.

Appointment of Head of People and Organisational Development: The Director of Corporate Affairs to submit a written report. Minutes: 29/21 – APPOINTMENT OF HEAD OF PEOPLE AND ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT: The Director of Corporate Affairs (DoCA) submitted a written report which sought approval to commence the recruitment process for the post of Head of People and Organisational Development which would become vacant in October 2021 following the retirement of the current post-holder. Following a review of the needs and requirements of the Council for the next eighteen months the post had been slightly remodelled to have an increased emphasis on HR and Organisational Development. An updated job title, person specification and job description were attached as appendices to the report. The DoCA presented the report and responded to a question regarding the possible options if the Council was not able to fill the role.
