That the comments set out in Appendix 1 of the report be agreed as the Council’s response to the Pannal and Burn Bridge Neighbourhood Development Plan.
Reasons for the decision:
To inform the preparation of the Pannal and Burn Bridge Neighbourhood Plan, which if “made”, will form part of the Development Plan for Harrogate District. The response will also contribute to meeting the Council’s statutory duty to support Neighbourhood Plans.
Alternative options considered:
Not to provide feedback on the document. This has been rejected as the Council has a legal duty to provide advice and assistance to bodies producing neighbourhood plans.
